I love this Domino's. I order a lot from here. My favorite is the handmade pan pizza. Every single time it has been perfect until recently. I've never had an issue before, but my last order was undercooked and I tried to eat it, but it made me unwell and I ended up just tossing it. I was embarrassed to go back to the store and complain because that's not what I do. I ended up reaching out to customer service and they don't seem willing to help me. I hope to continue ordering for this location!
I ordered on the Domino’s website this afternoon and I ordered (4 items).
My first order was the one 12 inches size medium Hand Tossed Pizza the topping I selected was the Premium Chicken Meat, Diced Tomatoes, Mushrooms, and Black Olives. The price is $5.99 a coupon deal which is choose any 2 medium size
Pizzas for $5.99 each.
My second order was the one plain Cheese and No Robust Tomato sauce, 12 inches size medium size Hand Tossed Round type Pizza. The price is $5.99.
My third order was one order of the Stuffed Cheesy Bread. The price is $5.99.
I chose 2 Dipping Sauces which was the Marinara Sauce and the Ranch Dipping Sauce for 69 cents each to total $1.26.
My final order was the one quantity of the Marble Cookie Brownie for $5.99. My Subtotal was $35.00 and I chose the Delivery Driver Dave’s Tip was a 15 percent charge of $5.33. My total cost was$40.33.
My Domino’s Pizza Order arrived with in 30 minutes to my home by Dave this Driver Coordinator. Dave gave me excellent customer service and Dave told me he was wanted to meet me because Dave said he has read my reviews on Google Maps.com and Dave said he thinks I am a good writer and I take really good photos and post my photos and reviews to their Domino’s Website. I thanked Dave for the compliment on my 5 Star Reviews I gave to their Domino’s Restaurant.
After not having had Dominos from this specific spot for a year, I decided to try it again and found that their food still tastes just as good as I remember. The best thing you can do to ensure you get prompt service is just order carryout rather than delivery. I'm not sure what changed but after having a terrible experience a year ago with their delivery service, its best to assume that carryout is the best way to get your food delivered to the CORRECT address and an hour of time saved.
