Traveling cross-country, so I'm not a local. I'm glad I opted for the road less traveled and found this place in Odessa, off the main highway. Nothing fancy, but with great flavor... finger licking! I love finding these little gems off the beaten path.

I had the 2 meat plate, $10.99. Brisket and sausage. Tender, great flavor, nice smoke. Mac n Cheese, and Pintos for sides. Also great iced tea. Thanks for the conversation Jimmy.

The food was great. We will definitely be back to eat there. The owner Jimmy came out to ask if our order was good, and we had a conversation about schwinn bikes. Very COOL dude.
