The day manager at Bushs on Grandview in Odessa is great. My wife and I eat there regularly. The service is the best. Chicken is always ready and hot. The Permian lunch students are always there and she keeps them in line. Your establishment needs more managers like her.

Portion sizes are a little small, the guy that came out to our vehicle was a little short and not friendly at all

The service really wasn't very good, but it wasn't too terribly bad. It took over 25 minutes just to have my order taken. When I got my food, half of it was wrong, but the manager quickly fixed it for me. The tables and stuff we're kind of dirty. And it took me 10 minutes each time I went up there for a refill. Which I didn't really appreciate, but it is what it is. The food was excellent and I love it. Honestly, Bush's chicken is the only place I will get chicken at.
