I went there this morning around 5:30 and was greeted by the friendly worker who is usually there. She apologized profusely that coworkers who were supposed to arrive at 4:00 and another at 5:00 had failed to show up and that she was all alone. Further, she arrived to quite the mess and nobody had locked the business door last night. I go to this particular Dunkin because this employee is so friendly. She has her regulars she knows their orders on sight and is chatty and warm. I feel the owners of this place need to give her a raise for being truly one of the few faces at any Dunkins who knows what great customer service is and delievers it. The fact she is going out of her way to still be there working despite the lack of help, deserves recognition and a raise.

My husband and I had a few really bad experiences at our two local dunkins so we had stopped going. Decided to try this one since it’s an area we travel through a lot and it is the best coffee shop in the area by far. They are super fast and efficient, pay attention when you ask questions, and make good quality drinks. We drive from Waterford to go here when we want a cup of coffee out. They always seem to have staff and also seem to care.
