From beginning to end, we had a fantastic dining experience. The food was perfectly prepared, unique, and delicious. The service was attentive without being intrusive and all of the staff was friendly. We had the oxtail pappardelle, crab cake, tomato and rye, beets and brie, bavette, and lamb tenderloin. Nothing disappointed. I’m not sure how, but we also shared the olive oil cake and semifreddo. The cake was one of the best cakes I have ever eaten, hands down.
Wonderful place to dine! We had a reservation and took our time to savor everything that was served to us! I never has bison before, but the bison ribs were surprisingly delicious!
The waitress was great, had a great knowledge of the wines on the menu! The service, atmosphere, and food was spectacular! Would definitely recommend!
Maybe the best restaurant in park city! The flavors were out of this world. Highly recommend the smoked trout toast and the cucumber melon salad. Such a great ski/mountain atmosphere!
