Free birds has the best chips!
This place is good, fun decoration and friendly staff. Food wasn’t the best of the ones we’ve tried. It didn’t taste fresh. But overall we had a good experience. The sitting area inside is comfortable.
Had been meaning to try this place and was pleasantly surprised! Food was yummy, good atmosphere, and the service was great! The cashier, I believe her name was Angela, was very helpful, and patient. Will be returning soon!
As a frequent visitor of Chipotle for the last eight years, I finally decided to give FreeBirds a try. I was impressed. I have always heard mixed reviews on this chain. Some love it, some hate it. This location in particular wasn’t bad at all.
It was slow and I was the only customer in the building. The girls running the place didn’t let that change their level of customer service. They answered all my questions and had very thorough knowledge on the menu.
I’m not sure if the queso is made in house, but it was a little salty. Still good.
The only downside was the beverage station. I managed a restaurant for about two and a half years, and the most overlooked piece of equipment in every food establishment I’ve visited is always the beverage station. You can see the black grime in the drip tray and the machine seems to be in need of service from Coca-Cola. Just a little bit of scrubbing and a tune up is all it needs.
Other than that, the store was really clean and oraganozed.
