I’ve been here three times now and the service has always been great! The owner, Danny, is very welcoming and attentive to his patrons. For a Korean BBQ restaurant, they have great portion sizes, both for cooking and prepared. I highly recommend the LA Shortribs and Pork Belly! Also they have great selection of soju cocktails and drinks. The grapefruit soju and Max malt beer are my recommendations. Great ambiance, dedicated staff, and delicious food. Definitely looking forward to their Grand Opening!

I was very excited to try this place out. I have been following it's updates since they originally announced they were opening in Pearland. My family and I just HAD to go for the soft opening and I am glad we did. The owner was on the floor helping the wait staff "figure it out" (which is what a soft opening is for) and from what I could see, all the customers were open to the experience. The food was delicious and the wait staff was so kind and caring. We can not wait until the open with their full menu and we can make them a regular on our list of fave places to eat!

Really excited to have tried out this Gem! Went a few days ago with my family and expected a kind of fast food type meal and instead had the yummiest seafood soup and steak bbq with all the traditional Korean side dishes, simply Delicious! It’s a must try

The food is really good and the owner went far and beyond to assist us when our food was served a little late because there was some confusion in the order which is actually understandable since they are still in their soft opening. However, the owner and the staff apologized for that and waived the whole bill for me and my whole family. We don't really mind paying since we really enjoyed their food but this restaurant just showed us that customer satisfaction is really their main priority! Kudos to the owner and the rest of the staff at Seoul Pig! We will definitely come back!

It was our first time eating at this restaurant. The owner seated us and did an amazing job of explaining everything on the menu. We split an entrée And appetizer and that was plenty of food!! The little “snacks” that they serve were delicious. I have never had kimchi or die con radish before but I loved it. The short ribs were tender and juicy. The staff went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of. We will be back!

My family ate here tonight on a whim. Didn’t really know what to expect. It’s a small quiet place (on a week night). We chose to grill. There is a small cooker in the table to grill on... we tried the pork belly and then the short rib. Short rib was very good, pork belly was ok. All of the sides were good. Very unique and different experience. Service was good and everyone was very attentive. Our waitress even helped us get our food on the grill since it was our first time. Will go back

Awesome service and even better food. It was my first time at a Korean bbq and it was amazing. Eat the kimchee cucumbers! Reminded me of spicy pickles! The seafood was fresh and delicious and all the sides were excellent. Would definitely go again!

Finally an authentic Korean restaurant! Mad props to owner Danny for setting out the vision and bringing it to fruition in our town. Atmosphere is amazing, impeccable service and the BBQ is out of this world. A true gem in Pearland!

Went in today for a takeout order. I liked how they included the 반찬 (side dishes) as if I dined in. I ordered the seafood pancake and bibimpap and both were delicious! I love that I do not have to drive across town to enjoy delicious Korean food. Thank you for opening in Pearland. 감사합니다!

This is a decent Korean place with prices that rival Ktown NYC. On this occasion it was practically empty but I received great service! Damian the server was attentive and explaining what everything was. This is what you need in a server. Food was okay...soon dobu was a bit bland and kalbi order was tasty. If you're looking for a fast service, ask them to cook the food in the back otherwise you can order anything to grill except the spicy items. I believe it's because the spicy items ruin the grill pieces and make it difficult to clean. Overall, decent place that I will visit when I don't want to drive to bellaire or I-10 memorial area

First time visit. I ordered all the things because I do not live nearby. I mean, not ALL the things, but like LOTS of things lol. Korean spaghetti (japchae), spicy pork bbq (dwaeji bulgogi), seafood pancake (haemul pajeon), and marinated beef short rib (kalbi). Maybe some soju lolololols. 12 to 15 ish tables with a small bar. Modern decor. Pop and kpop playing... Great atmosphere. All servers speak English though I did spy Koreans! 😂 Except for Bon Chon, I think this is the only Korean restaurant in the area. Pretty excited because I occasionally work south of here but live 45 min away. Eat while traffic dies and then not eating dinner so late at home. Anyways, the food. People in other reviews complain it is expensive but I do not think it is expensive for Korean food. I think it is comparable to what you pay in Korea town and you don't have to go to Blalock and Long Point, a thousand years away (tho Ktown is worth it.. Bon Ga is a great one.) Peep the menu I will post in pics. Plus, and this is REALLY exciting: they do HALF portions of meats so you can mix and match! I got half portions of the meat to try and because I am one person. Yes, I ordered all this food myself. K-leftovers. *love* Haha. Japchae was yummy. Korean spaghetti.. I did not grow up eating Korean food but I have eaten Korean food for 20 years lol. I wish there were more veggies even though it was a YUGE (lmao) amount of noodles. The other thing missing, to me, was more sesame oil flavor. It was in the little side dish so I MAY have dipped my chopsticks in while eating it. Hehe. Both meat dishes were tasty. I had one absolutely melting piece of beef rib eye (on bone) which was dancing in my seat happy. One chewy piece. We can't all be winners ok? Lol. Spicy pork was also delicious and I made little lettuce wraps like you SHOULD do. Half a lettuce, at least one garlic slice, bean paste, jalapeño if you dare!, and a slice of pork. Roll it up and shove it in your mouth!!! Just do it!!! Seafood pancake was crispy and tasty. Was strange the dipping sauce was not soy. I wanted that salty bite with the crunch. Not sure what they served. Wasn't bad but was an atypical dipping sauce for pajeon (savory pancakes) I thought. They are fusion-y but mostly traditional. I saw kimchi fries (fusion) but they serve bulgogi with all the trimmings (lettuce, garlic, etc.) Side dishes (banchan) were normal. Pickled spicy radish, kimchi (pickled spicy cabbage), cooked potato, spicy cucumber, and fish cake. Delicious. A little spicy, which I like. Grape soju was delicious with the meal. Carafe of water at the table. You can cook your own - great social activity for friends. I was tired and had them cook it for me. Definitely worth a try. 5 stars for great food and great service. Will come back again after I finish a week's worth of leftovers. -_- Haha. Hope you enjoyed my novel. :)

I was surprised just how good the food here is. They have a variety of quality meats to choose from and the ones we tried were amazing. You can choose to grill the meats yourself aside from the chicken and seafood or have the kitchen prepare it for you. The ambience is simple but modern. The staff was courteous and readily available when needed. I would definitely go back again and recommend this place to family and friends.

Trying thus new Korean Bbq place for the first time. Ordered the Kimchi Fries which were excellent. Ordered the Ramen which hit the spot but wasn't the very best Ramen out there. And lastly I ordered the Bimbimbop bowl, which came in a hot stone bowl and I didn't really like it that much. I prefer my Bimbimbop cool because of all the pickled vegetables they don't taste good warm. Service was great, but we were the only ones eating just after the lunch rush. I will have to come back and try their BBQ meats that you can cook yourself at the center of the table.

Came in for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. If you've never been, take a friend and order 16 oz (+) of any combination of meats so you may use the in-table grills. Such fun. Accoutrements are endless, and you'll quickly find your flavor niche. Delicious and fun. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Would absolutely recommend and will return. We've already planned another visit with family. Thanks for a fun, enjoyable meal 💕
