My Mom and I had dinner here the other night and the service and food were great!! We had their crab puffs (crab yummy as they list on their menu), lettuce wraps, kungpao shrimp and chicken pad Thai. It did not disappoint! It's going to be the place I compare everyone else to now that I've had their food. You should definitely go try them out!

I have been going here for at least 15 years and they have done an excellent job. I usually get the chicken fried rice but have got their beef from time to time. Their meat is premium. I never get meat that has gristle or fat in it unlike other places. I drive about 25 minutes one way from another town just for this food. This place is family owned and has been run by the same person since it opened. Nice quiet and well kept restaurant. Prices are actually affordable despite the poor economy. I recommend Silverlake Hunan to anyone looking for Chinese food.

First time visiting this place. I was blown away with how delicious the food is. I'm extremely picky when it comes to Asian cuisine. They did not disappoint! The fried rice is super flavorful and well seasoned. Several other dishes I've tried were all tasteful. The cleanliness of the restaurant is required! The food is always made fresh to order and without a long wait time. There's also an option to order online as well. Highly recommend.
