This Arbys next to Pembroke Lakes Mall strives to give good service, in spite of sometimes being understaffed. The owner seems to stay on top of food, quality and service. After Covid they didn’t seem to be as organized and customer service had suffered, but good to know they have gone back to being one of the better places to eat in the area. I would definitely recommend them over the other fast food alternatives in the area.

We decided to stop in at Arby's. We didn't want to spend a lot for lunch. I ordered the new fish and chips and I was really surprised at how good it was. Lightly battered fish, well seasoned and flakey texture. I'll order that again soon

The food is a bit overpriced, but so is everything else. However, the employees were all pleasant; the place (inc woman's rest room) was clean; and service was quick.
