Three good things about Tattooed Mom. • Always a good beer selection. • Crazy-diverse crowd, because it's at a world crossroads of South Street. • No TV!, + great soundtrack. • Their wait staff is scary-agile, somehow getting tacos and a tray loaded up with 6 pint glasses over to a coffee table to some people sitting on a couch, with messenger bags all over the place. • Prices are good, and they have an entire column of veg/vegan stuff. • They always have odd and interesting events, take it from me. wait, that was more than 3. Oh well. My biggest regret is I am on the other end of South Street so can't get there too often. mcget/trophy bikesPHL

I have been here a few times and it's always a good time. I love the vibe and love the vegan food that I've tried thus far. Also yay for spinner tops from the 90s. Wut wut. It's definitely going to become a regular spot and I recommend it to anyone passing through.

Where else can you sit in an old bumper car and graffiti the walls with art, while you eat amazing tots? This is my home. I feel like Robert has created a place that I can always go to in Philadelphia and feel at ease. The energy that this place has is legendary. You can look at all the art on the walls for hours. It's seriously a shrine of graffiti and lowbrow art, and they always have fun events. I love this place so much.

The vibe of this place is probably the chillest of any place in the city. You can’t go wrong with their cocktails and drafts. Everything on the menu is delicious, especially their funky tots. But the best part is how good the staff is. I’m a frequent patron, mostly on Taco Tuesday or Pierogi Thursday.

I give 5 stars for Mom's Mule and the crazy pants Pop Rocks drink alone, but the vibe is always on point, everyone is kind to me and treats me with respect. The events are fire. Love this place <3

The vegan pickled chicken sandwich was epic. It tasted better than chicken. I’m serious.

Great fun spot with even better happy our draft specials. Found 2 of my favorite beers there and had a great time before heading to a dinner reservation close by. We will definitely be back to try the food

Exceptionally fun atmosphere! The staff are all topnotch, and the customers include some of the most interesting individuals in town. It's an eclectically-decorated burgers and fries kind of a bar with an Algonquin Round Table sensibility.

really cool atmosphere!! It’s super laid back as far as service goes; you seat yourself and order at the bar. I definitely recommend checking it out if you’re in the area, even just for the Parmesan pepper fries alone. I swear, my boyfriend and I will be thinking about those fries until we can make a trip back down here. The beyond moms vegan burger was sooo good too!

I wish I lived closer so I could be a regular here. Kind, attentive service. Everyone is smiling, enjoying the space. Lots to look at. Fun art events upstairs. Go on Thursday nights for the deal on vegan pierogis.

The place has a very, very interesting ambience. I was quite excited to try their vegan cheese steak. And I absolutely loved it! They had good vegan buffalo wings and pierogies too!

Recommend : pickle fried chicken sandwich, vegan cheesesteak Ok: fries, vegan Cubano The atmosphere question is really tough because this place is clearly aesthetic and has a specific vibe so if you are into it, you're into it, but I was not into it. The walls are very heavily graffitied, the music is very loud. Pretty decent bar vibe but it can too much for sitting long enough to eat and is zero percent condusive to conversation. Food was good though the fries both the Dan Dan fries and the parmesan pepper were just ok The drinks in a zip pouch were cool but sadly I didn't get a picture.

Trendy hipster bar with fun, unique decor. Fun cocktails with cute names. Don't think anyone over the age of fun the whole joint... Except for me of course. Cool place, I would stop in again next time I'm down south street.

This place is f√cking awesome! Queer-friendly, or maybe even Queer-embracing, vegan-more-than-friendly bar slash restaurant. WHAT??? The lighting might make the food difficult to examine in the photos, but my God, you have to go try for yourself. And while you wait, there are toys and temp tats and the whole environment. Take it all in. We devoured the Philly Cheasesteak (v), Fried Chiken Pickle thing (v), and the Smashed Burgers (v). Nifty cocktails, mocktails, whatever the heck it was I had. All Hevs Bring your IDs, but your child is welcome. You know, if your child is cool enough. Very fun bathrooms, and they're very clean, despite the esthetic. Just trompe-l'œil(ish) Thanks to our server with the faux animal tail

Vegetarian perspective Such a south Philly vibe, perfect place to take my out of town friend! They were able to get a cheesesteak and I was able to get a vegan option. Such fun drinks, a comedy show was going on, and was a fun place to just look around! Service was amazing and food delivered quick. Great portions too.

A fun hip place on South Street in Philly with a really cool vibe and kind workers. Good drinks! I really like that instead of bar peanuts they have lollipops and little toys.

Moms is still a great time after all these years! Drinks were fun and unique as always. Drag is alive and well here! Plenty of good times and shenanigans to be had! Cheers! Food wise, the cheesesteak was a bit too salty for my liking. The waffle fries were good but could have used more cheese. Otherwise, drinks were very good and consistent! Good memories here! We will be back, thanks for another great time!

Funky, fun bar. Confusing parking signs - DON’T PARK ON THE STREET AFTER 10PM OR YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED.

This place was awesome! The vegan Philly cheesesteak was delicious. The cheesy tots were really good too. Our server was very sweet and attentive. I accidentally left some souvenirs on our table, and they were kept safe until I returned the next day to get them. Friendly people and great food.

Visited after hearing T Mom has the best vegan cheesesteak in Philly. Wouldn’t be for everyone, but I enjoyed it. The real standout was the Parmesan pepper tots, out of this world! We polished them off within a few minutes. It was fun to get good food along with drinks at a bar. The interior is also really cool, there’s really no where else like it. I was surprised to see that the cocktails are canned here, definitely not the place to come if you’re expecting a bartender to serve you.

We had lunch here. We sat at the bar and had a decent burger and waffle fries. We ordered a Mom's mule. It came pre-prepared in a can. We are not drinkers really and I didn't get any sense of alcohol buzz from the drinks. Stick to beer or something not on the cocktail menu.

Was in town from Seattle and had heard that TMom was a Philly standout bar. They were right. This place is amazing. Sat at the downstairs bar for a bit and then headed upstairs to find the fortune teller machine. The upstairs is where all the magic is. It's unique and original and every inch is covered in rad art. Highly suggest a stop here. We had just eaten dinner so I'll have to come back for the food sometime.

Cannot say enough good things about my favorite bar. They host art shows, poetry readings, arts events, etc. I've been coming here for 20 years and it's STILL my favorite bar. I curate art shows here too sometimes and they're such a joy to work with. They're also huge on LGBTQ+ support! I know everyone that works here and I've never felt out of place, I feel like I'm hanging out with friends in their living room. Great prices, food is delicious, the people are amazing and you'll probably meet a new friend or five. ❤️

Really fascinating decoration they have going. Drinks mixed expertly and staff were really nice. -2016 visit. 2020 visit - Drinks are still good. Outside seating available at the time. 2023- Lots of cool events are taking place and the food is really tasty. The drinks are great as always and the staff is still friendly. Decor maintains it's vibe.

Such a great spot! Good vibes, chill bit fun. Drinks were reasonably priced and a lot of options. Didn’t have any food but it looked good! Prices weee not bad too. Pool is available and overall, the crowd just seems really fun and down-to-earth. A really fun bar and I’ll definitely be back.
