Let's start with the positive aspects. The ambiance of the place was really cool, and I particularly enjoyed the vibe. The bartenders were exceptional and provided great service throughout the evening. Kudos to them! However, I have to express my disappointment with our waiter. Throughout the entire meal, they only checked on us four times. The first time was to give us water, the second time to take our order, the third time to refill our salsa, and the fourth time to give us our check. As someone who has experience as a waitress and has run a restaurant before, I understand the importance of providing attentive service to customers. What bothered me even more was the fact that your restaurant has a policy of automatically adding a 20% gratuity. While I appreciate the intention behind it, I believe that such a policy should come with a higher level of service. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit. To be honest, the food was just okay and not up to the standards I expected for a city known for its culinary scene. It is essential for a restaurant to excel in both food quality and service to stand out in such a competitive market. Regrettably, based on my experience, I won't be returning to your restaurant.
