We were looking for a new place in Manayunk and this was kind of hidden in plain view. The menu had a lot of different options showing ingredients and cuisine types from around the world. Some of the options we weren't sure would be good together, but everything, every single item we got, was awesome. It just kept getting better. We like to do tapas-style places and try lots of different dishes so this was a perfect place. We'll definitely be going back. My recommendation... get something you normally wouldn't!

Today is the second time in this past month my wife and I went to Maya J and they have not disappointed with a single dish. We went for dinner with another couple and ordered 10 items from the menu. EVERYTHING was good and some dishes were exceptional. Today's experience wasn't short of the first except today we enjoyed their brunch offerings. The French toast and frittata were spot on. If you live in Manayunk or going to Manayunk for lunch or dinner give this place a shot. You won't be disappointed.
