My friends and I had a truly delightful experience at PJ Clark's and it was mainly because of Heather, the hostess! She shared captivating stories about the history of the restaurant and the building itself, which made the experience memorable.
Thank you, Heather, for the hospitality and storytelling.
I co-hosted a party with about 30 people at PJ’s last night. This was an event that I’d been working on for about two months.
I had the pleasure of working with their event coordinator, Michelle Betensky. Michelle was EXTREMELY helpful, accommodating and professional. If you have an event at PJ’s, ask for Michelle… seriously, you’ll be glad you did.
The event was a complete success. The food was delicious (from main courses to the amazing cheesecake) and several of my guests stopped me to say so.
Michell’s service staff was on point all night too. They moved quickly and efficiently, without being noticed through a group of loud and outgoing sales people that were all over the room.
We were in the Walnut Room for the evening. It was intimate and elegant, and had a nice view of Washington Square across the street.
I would ABSOLUTELY recommend PJ Clarke’s for an event. Ask for Michelle. You’re certain to have a wonderful evening.
HAPPY HOUR!!!! I had a fantastic time with fantastic friends. The bartenders Keith and Jason made us feel as if we were the only people sitting at the bar, of course, we were not 😀 There isn't a plethora of food choices on the happy hour menu but I must say the mini lobster rolls were so darn delicious that I ordered both versions, the Connecticut and the Maine. My only gripe is the oysters Rockefeller is not as tasteful as they are at the PJ Clarke's in NYC (Lincoln Center). All in all, it was a wonderfully spent two hours filled with great cheers and thunderous laughter!!
