Long wait but they need more help. I appreciated the manager's customer service and though I encountered a long wait she kept me posted on what was happening and asked if I wanted anything extra for my troubles.
Over the past couple of years customer service for many places has decreased significantly, ranging from fights between employees and customers to inadequate quality of food. One morning I noticed the McDonald's located in Andorra shopping center had a new employee, later learned his name is Rob. As a new employee it was clear that he took pride in his work. Rob would ensure your order was correct before handing it to me. He welcomed me as I pulled up to the drive thru window and with a smile wished me a good day! I was super impressed by the customer service first thing in the morning and it got my day started off on the right foot. I mentioned to my son, that Rob had management qualities. Shortly after his first day, Rob is now part of the management team and he is STILL providing the quality of customer service demonstrated on his first day!!!! He can truly do a Ted Talk on taking pride in one's job and how to be consistent with customer service. If you are in the area, stop by My McDonald's and if you see Rob, stop and say hello 👋👋 and you will agree he's a great asset to the McDonald's family and our community !!! I know I have increased my patronage to McDonald's of Andorra.
Food could be better.Burger was not like advertised. Customer service has to approve.
