I stopped in Pamcakes today and had the Red Velvet and the Chocolate Mint cupcakes. Both were delicious- easily the best cupcakes I've had from a Philly bakery!

The best and most lovingly made cupcakes ever! Also the people inside, especially Pam, are very friendly. The cute boxes are a perfect finishing touch. I have not really tried the tart flavors (except Pucker Up) because I usually don't eat tart sweets, but I'm willing to give them a try in the future just because this place is so great (I'm looking at you Key Lime).
