I work at the ASU Downtown campus and this is always my go-to! The location is now under new ownership and I must say it is for the best. We stopped by today and instantly felt the change without having been told about it. The customer service was excellent, they made you feel like they had been expecting you as opposed to previously when it felt like some of the workers would like at you like "great, another one." The food portion was also better. I always pay extra for chicken and previously it was as if they carefully counted the pieces I would get. Today they packed my food like no other time...still delicious, but more for your money! Joseph is the new owner/manager and he is amazing. Very personable, serving food there side-by-side with his employees, providing service, helping out with set-up and teardown. You wouldn't think he was the owner because he is very humble about it. For those who have had a bad experience in the past, I highly encourage you to give it another try! ��
