You guys should probably give the gal that was running your store by herself yesterday at 3:30pm a raise. Seriously. Look at your sales for that hour vs. Payroll (1!) and give her a raise. Everyone got their coffees and orders in an appropriate time and your employee handled it like a champ. Thanks for giving her a raise! Sincerely, Everyone that got coffee yesterday 3-4pm
