I love this place. They have a screaming lunch deal that runs to 4:00pm. If you like good pizza that is not a restaurant chain treat yourself to some great food.
The crust is 90% - if it's not, you're being hoodwinked by fluff, not substance. Classic Crust starts with that fabulous foundation, just the right degree of chewiness and flavor. Test it - eat just a piece of crust there and then somewhere else and see which you prefer. Add excellent ingredients and bake in a 10,000 degree oven and you've got perfection. Do a lunch test with two slices of whatever is ready - best way to discover something you didn't know you'd like - and a soft drink. Or have a draft with lunch for a little extra and take the soft drink to go. Trust me, you'll be back.
I ordered a sausage and extra cheese pizza. We ate it there, so there was no 'steaming in the cardboard box effect' on the pie. It was fantastic! The sauce was super tasty, the thin crust was awesome. I had never seen sausage that was shaped like pepperoni, and it was delicious. This is my new pizza place, for sure.
