Definitely a change. So happy to have this so close. Great vibes. Interior is absolutely amazing. Sat at the bar, and our bartender was knowledgeable of what each drink entailed, based on what we were craving. Had an old fashion from the Happy Hour menu and for $6, I gotta say, was surprising. It was a very tasty old fashion. Ordered the charcuterie board out of curiosity and it didn’t fail. Snacked on truffle popcorn, as well. The company was great and having had had that being here, was a bonus. I will absolutely be back…it’s so close I can walk!
Just one note, the open mic/comedy isn’t needed. There’s no need for that…it’s perfect without the comedy stuff.
My husband and I were looking for a place to just sit and have a drink. The Womack offered us a really nice night. We went on 3rd Friday. Happy hour from 4-7. It's open seating until 9 PM on 1st and 3rd Friday. The drinks were so yummy and beautifully presented. Our server, Callie was very friendly. We had a nice big booth to ourselves. Definitely will make this a regular spot.
The vibes were off the chain! Grown and sexy crowd. Great diverse mix of people. The drinks are $14-16 but elevated with real fruit juices, and great pours. Hats off to the bar tenders for holding it down with great service. We had a couple focaccia apps that were delicious! No substantial food here, so don’t expect a full course meal. Mostly small plates. We appreciated the old school DJ mix too. Music was banging. Small dance floor. Plenty of security who were respectful and friendly. Only drawback is we got hit with an automatic 20% gratuity on the tab. But hey, good servers are hard to find these days, so I can see why. Smoking is allowed on the patio which was annoying too.
Despite even those things, The Womack can’t do any wrong. Five stars!!
