I'm not much for reviewing places, but this hole in the wall, strip center mexican food shop was a very pleasant surprise. We were at Bookman's and decided to get some take-out. Voila! Big Burrito, how convenient. I wasn't very hungry but ordered two crispy beef tacos and was very favorably impressed with the taste and homemade quality of the food. The counter lady was friendly and as helpful as she could be considering the language barrier. Overall a great experience, good food. We will go out of our way to eat here again.
I think their food is pretty good and I am super picky. Their hot sauce not so good but everything else is Yummy! And yes their food is about a dollar higher then other fast food mexican places. But its the closest mexican fast food to my work that I like. Try it and dont let the other reviewer scare you off.
Everyone needs to set aside personal feelings when doing things like this. customers don't realize how everything they say in reviews affects the restaurant industry. If yu dont like the manager bc he didn't comp yur food and gave yu a discount instead. Stop being so greedy and take it. Thats a man doing his job.
The only reason why I give it a for and not a five is bc I think home made food is still the best. I'm really picky because yu have to.. being in the industry we expect nothing but the best. But things happen.. Food goes 86..and things break..so take it easy!!
