I visited this place for the first time for my birthday and everything was absolutely incredible. Our waiter, Mark, did an amazing job explaining everything on the menu and even gave me a special birthday cupcake. He was awesome. The atmosphere is nice and cozy. The portions were big so come with your appetite! I’m definitely looking forward to dining here again.
Finally tried this place after hearing positive comments from a coworker who comes here often. The high expectations that I had going in were exceeded. Service was prompt and professional, atmosphere was clean and upscale, but the food was the star of the show.
I ordered the chicken parmigiana as my appetizer which blew away anything I’ve in the past at other Italian restaurants. The sauce had just the right amount of sweetness and the cheeses were rich and authentic. For the pasta course, we upgraded to the cheese wheel, table side side service which great. The vodka sauce pasta was also delicious and some people at our table preferred it. Portions are generous, so you are guaranteed to leave full.
I’ll definitely be coming back again in the future. Next time I will try to save some room for dessert.
Called about 20 minutes before and was able to get reservations. We were seated on the third floor. The waiter and all the servers were very friendly and helpful. They are known for their meat dishes but they also have a great seafood dish and a nice selection of vegetarian dishes. The portions are quite substantial, so order accordingly. The bread is delicious, but don't be tempted to eat it all. Save room for the main course. I think this is the best tasting/quality food for a restaurant in the Pittsburgh area.
