I see complaints about not following safety and mask procedures, but I never have an issue here with any of the above. The quality is what you would expect for a cheap sub. The reason this gets 5 stars is because it is a nice and clean subway. If there is issues its not the manager he is a great guy! In conclusion don't expect the world from this place! It's subway for crying out loud... of course it's gonna taste cheap.
I cannot express how great the staff here is. Some fellow soldiers and I came in for lunch today and only the manager was working, it sounded like someone didn’t show up for their shift to help him. There were two ladies ordering a combination of SEVENTEEN subs, and in the process, a line began to form to the door.
The manager kept his cool and performed extremely well under such intense pressure. He took care of us so well and we are truly appreciative. You rock, my man.
Food is good, and the service is always great. This Subway always has the nicest employees! Also, they have sweet peppers which not all Subways have in Pittsburgh. I'm not talking about the green bell peppers, which they have, but sweet pickled peppers. I love them!!!
