This location is my favorite Chipotle in the Pittsburgh Area. I consistently get excellent food here, all the food items are hot and fresh and customer service is excellent. I got James a couple of times and he is always super knowledgeable and kind. The entire team at this Chipotle location on Washington road is really good! At the opposite spectrum is the Chipotle in downtown Pittsburgh. I work in downtown and I tried eating there for lunch several times but I eventually gave up going there although I love Chipotle. But the food, wait time and service at the Chipotle downtown Pittsburgh location is abysmal. Keep up the good work James and team at this great Washington Road location so close to South Hills Village. And thank you for a great food and service on a consistent basis!

The young man who made my order took my wheat allergy seriously and did not make me feel bad for requesting fresh gloves and utensils. Fair to large portions when I went, Line was slow, but it seemed like they were busy making online/call in orders. Food Quality was good. Go in person if you want proper full amounts of food vs door dash or any other pre-order shortcomings.
