At Herb’s Mac and cheese, online folks highly recommended the broccoli, hot dog and cheddar mac and cheese. It was a small plate of indulgent!

Extremely cheesy, it not only had one, but two kinds of cheeses: a white cheese, probably parmesan with a very creamy sauce in pasta, and on top, cheddar cheese.

Doubly cheesy, and savory to the max, it was delicious every bite.

The broccoli and hot dogs are just yummy decoration; with al dente pasta, the mac and cheese could completely still on its own.

It was, however, truly a gut bomb.

I could only stomach a few bites and I was satiated.

A bit expensive but oh so tasty. I have been to this location many times over the past few years and I have yet to be disappointed. The mac and cheese is delicious and the combinations are really innovative and clever and AWESOME! This place can be a bit expensive (relative to my shoestring budget) but it is definitely worth it. Its a special treat that I help myself to every once in a while and is a great choice for that something special! p.s. movie madness is right next door and mac and cheese and classic movies make for a great evening :)
