My first visit to Emperor Georgiou's Team Room. The indoor decor is very eclectic - space age modern with huge star trek (Discovery) murals on the walls, a quote from Nichelle Nichols, an Alice in Wonderland painted bathroom - with all food being served on traditional english china while 80's music plays. It's a unique experience.
We opted for a small outdoor table in a quiet, shady spot on the sidewalk. We had selected Georgiou Tea (cream tea service with scone or crumpets).
Instead of a traditional teapot, we were each provided a large french press. All three of us enjoyed our tea selections very much - Lady Grey with Lavender, Cherry Almond, and Black Wolf (from a local tea company). We would all order them again.
The peach scones were delicious, though a little small and served with clotted cream and apricot jam. I would have enjoyed a second one :)
The crumpets were served with lemon curd and butter. I tried one and it was nice, but the scone was more satisfying (personal taste).
Our server was charming and attentive and we smiled at the use of a star trek paperback as the holder for the check. I would return for cream tea service.
The food, tea, and service was all top knotch! We loved the Star Trek setting. The atmosphere was welcoming and fun. It was the perfect way to spend our anniversary ❤️
Super cute Star Trek themed high tea place! Had the Uhura tea service and it was all high quality sweets and treats. Huge plus that most things are allergy/dietary restriction friendly. Great selection of teas, including decaf and herbal teas. Service was incredible, friendly and attentive but not too overbearing. Can't wait to be back!
