Was surprised at the high quality of the ice cream, very thick and rich. The waffle part has a beautiful crispy texture, so it's not thick and doughy like a regular waffle. My friend and I really enjoy our choices, and I can't wait to go again. Everything is freshly made, so expect a wait, especially in large groups. Tourist's and portlanders alike will like this place!
Puffle Waffle is a creative and awesome place! Cool menu item selection with good variety. My kids loved the Puffle waffles the best and the macaroons. Appreciate that they offer milk alternatives such a soy and almond milk.
Good customer service, helpful and friendly. They have a punch card for waffles and drinks as well.
The presentation of the food is exciting, I got a "create your own" original waffle, strawberry ice cream, strawberry toppings and chocolate sauce. The strawberry ice cream was some of the best strawberry ice cream I have ever had. I also got the iced bermise tea which was okay.
Once thing I would recommend is that, at least for dine in customers to offer silverware instead of plastic (not only to reduce plastic consumption) but mainly because it was extremely difficult to eat the waffle and ice cream with the plastic forks as it kept bending and the plastic forks was hard enough to easily enjoy our food.
The best thing that has ever happened to my face. I can't explain how good this is. But it's massive. The puffle waffle is a meal.
