Richard is amazing. They were working an evening shift with another person who made my mobile order incorrectly. When I got home and realized both of my sandwiches were complete wrong I called and Richard was immediately responsive, kind, understanding, and helpful. They offered me either a refund or I could come in the next day and they would remake my order correctly. Since it was already late I asked if I could come in the next day. When we got there around noon, Richard welcomed us by name and had our original mobile order printed out and ready to go. They were apologetic, and spent quality time making sure our corrected order was satisfactory. We left them a tip and thoroughly enjoyed our sandwiches. Huge thank you to Richard who went above and beyond to make a bad experience, a great one. Richard deserves a raise 🙌

Service depends on which crew happens to be employed at the time but otherwise, a Subway is a Subway....

Went in here for a sammich took for....ever to make a sandwich because the lady on front of us was in a wheelchair and was on the phone and orderd 3 other sandwiches. Good thing I wasn't in a hurry and hanging out. Only 2 people on staff.
