I really love this cart!! The combination if Indian food and Mexican food is perfect, although I've only ordered their burritos (called Elephant Burrito). For any of the dishes, you're able to pick your meat (or meat substitute), sauce, rice, beans, extras, and cheese. Basically, if you like Indian flavors with a Mexican presentation, Poco India has got what you want.

This cart is an awesome fusion of Mexican and Indian foods. I had a tandoori chicken and a pander enchilada with Bismark rice, and black beans. Very generous portions of a unique fusion idea carried out very well. It's sort of hidden in the back of the cart lot.

The mash up of Mexican and Indian was awesome, I will be back for sure! If nothing else to get the bacon bites or the deep fried oreo dessert concoction.
