We have been going to the same 3 restaurants in tustin/LeRoy area for 5 years and wanted to try somewhere else for dinner.
The Buckboard was a unanimous decision.
It was a fun night in Reed City and residents had turned out for entertainment in the form of karaoke when we arrived and then dancing when we were leaving.
The Buckboard had plenty of open seating when we arrived, and we sat at the back of the bar. We tend to be a loud group, and we stay for a long time, so we try not to get in the way!
Our waitress was incredibly friendly- didn't treat us like strangers- and made great suggestions with the menu.
The food was outstanding too! It was a really good experience, and we will likely see you back at another visit!!
Friendly staff and clientele. Only had an appetizer and beers but the Corn Bites are awesome! I hear they have good burgers too! We will return when in the area.
We sat at the counter and were able to witness a pro at the grill. Our wait was longer than expected (hey, it was our first time there) but worth every minute. The staff friendly and helpful. I had the Last Call burger (a BBQ cheeseburger) but had the three onion rings on the side. I requested well-done and it was cooked to perfection. My pub fries were crisp outside and soft inside. My wife had the BLT and she loved it. Thick bacon, fresh ingredients, and with the bread toasted on the grill, an outstanding sandwich. Her onion rings were crisp and tasty. We will return now that we've seen so many other dishes prepared by an experienced cook/chef. Prices were very fair.
