Pros:
The food is really really good, portions were large for what I ordered, 1.5 meals for me and I have a pretty big appetite! Spice levels were legit perfect, although I have a relatively high tolerance.
Cons:
Customer service is practically nonexistent, I tried to get some help in ordering at the cashier and they looked at me blankly and offered nothing helpful (wildly inconsistent with what menu said). I ended up having to order something off an estimate of what I’d like, but luckily it ended up being good.
Prices are fairly high compared to competitors in the area, but they also did give a bit more than I was used to.
Overall, I would go back, TBH I don’t really come to these types of restaurants for customer service. Will be adding it to my Indian food rotation!
Easy of order and payment while at restaurant was not particularly great. I get it it’s germ free times but all restaurants are way past it especially with not using masks, using regular dinnerware and silverware etc so why make a dine in experience feel more like take out also I can’t use carry out discount or rewards points to order! We brought a guest thinking of our past experiences and guaranteed it’s authentic great Indian food but either due to change of chef or not able to customize the order to your level of spice due to the whole order on phone idea it tasted just regular not the worst but just bland! Never going to go back as felt embarrassed after hyping up this place to my guest.
High quality food, good quantity, good pricing, great service. My favorite and most frequented restaurant- both for Indian and in general. Doesn't feel like I'm spending money here, just investing in a good restaurant and in good people. Never had a bad experience in the dozens of times I've been.
