They flavor the food amazingly delicious, but my sò lông was a little too chewy, still good though. My recommendation is if you really like sò lông like me, don’t be greedy, just call 1 dish of sò lông and another dish of something else, like sò điệp (scallop) bơ tỏi or sth
The soft shell crab with salty egg sauce was terrific!!!! Even better when I eat it with a bit of pasta I steal from my husband’s dish 🥴 and I wish that they have put more Cajun seasoning on the fries, bc it tastes too close to just a regular fry.
I think the owner should decorate the restaurant a bit more flashy to attract more dine in guests and make sure all his employees are treated with dignity and respect. We sat close to the employee’s counter and feel like the conversation between them get more intense as it goes.
But other than that it’s a great place for seafood lovers 😀 We will come back for more dishes~
All I can say is WOW!!! Cajun Corner and the new ownership has outdone itself. The food is absolutely amazing. They opened it up and made it feel so much more welcoming. The 🦞 crawfish is AWESOME! They are a MUST. I got the Seafood Alfredo and it was great. The shrimp literally fell apart in my mouth and the bread was so good. The prices are EXTREMELY affordable now as well! We got two appetizers, 2 entrees, and for only 45. This will be a regular place for my girlfriend and I to stop at now. The two ladies in the front were very friendly and welcoming too. We will definitely be returning and recommending to all of our friends!
Here is the update on menu. Special Hot Pot will be on menu later on. The combination fried rice, bloody snail tamarind were tasty.
