First time at this restaurant. We came with our 3 young boys. It was a busy Saturday at about 5:30 but we were seated within 10 minutes.
Their honey fried chicken was the best I've ever had anywhere, and I've eaten a lot of chicken! It was so tender and juicy, with the perfect amount of honey sweetness. It came with some mashed sweet potato that was just perfectly seasoned.
My husband had the fillet which he ordered medium rare, but it was a little more done than what he was expecting. It seemed more like medium well. Aside from that it was good, with very good potatoes. Maybe keep this in mind when ordering a steak from here.
My son had the cheese pizza. They didn't have any pepperoni, which was fine for him, but if your kid has to have pepperoni then they will be disappointed. It was pretty well done, with the cheese on top very dark-almost black. Good pizza though, as he finished it all. It was served on a flatbread.
My other son had corn dog bites with fries. A very generous portion for just $2.99.
My third son had a kids hamburger with fries, again, big portion. He ate it all which was amazing because I've only ever seen him finish a hamburger once before.
They have a really tasty strawberry lemonade that is worth the cost. It is homemade, like the lemonade.
The restaurant was very busy but we still got our food within 25 minutes of ordering. The warm bread cake out right away and was soft and served with real butter.
The service was a bit slow, probably due to the fact that every table was occupied. Yet they still were friendly and everything came out as ordered.
Did I mention kids 10 and under always eat free with a paid adult entree?
Would recommend this for a family, especially if you love southern American cooking!
My sister and I had lunch at O'Charley's and the meal was excellent. My daughter recommended this restaurant to us. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We had a very nice waitress who served us and the meal was piping hot. My sister and I love our food this way. We were not disappointed. I will try O'Charley's in other locations. Thanks for your excellent service!
AWESOME place to eat great service and great food.my only complaint is that the wine should have been in an ice bucket to keep it cold
I have eaten at 3 O'Charley's this weekend while traveling. John M. was our server at Mayland Avenue in Richmond this evening. He is the best! I nominate John for Employee of the Month! The food was excellent too- an outstanding ribeye steak!
Ms. Terri the server was AWESOME, and the manager arranged the table for me and my children just perfect, great food, great experience.
I just love O' Charley's. I have been to it before although a different location and they both provide excellent service. Their food is always hot and served at a reasonable length of time. It's absolutely delicious regardless of what I order. The employees that work there are polite and very friendly. Simply put O' Charleys' is just fantastic!

I just visited this place for the first time ever and the bar staff was amazing and the customers around the bar all had smiles on their face because of the great bartender you have there

Food was very good I ordered pork chop dinner and service was excellent.

I was a little skeptical, reading some reviews, but I must admit this place is amazing! The food is really tasty, the plates are nicely dressed, and the staff is friendly and very efficient. We loved our two salads!
O'Charley's experience was fabulous
I am visiting in Richmond Virginia and we had a very fantastic waitress name Kelly and she was just awesome. We really enjoyed our selves. We need more waitresses like Kelly she really know how to make the customers feel welcome. Hire more like her and your restaurants will be greater. Good customer service is what people are coming back for and good food and we received both. Thank you and your team.👍👍🤗
We arrived for a late lunch and were seated promptly. The waitress warned us that they were short staffed but would do the best they could. Our food arrived a little slowly but was very good. We ordered desserts and they were comped by the staff because of the slowness. Good customer relations. First time ever there. I will go back.
Fine in is back open after the COVID-19 phase 3.. thank god.. we love this place the rolls are free and delicious and the food is beyond great. This time the experience was superb and the waitress was great..
Had lunch there today and it was wonderful! Our server is Rebecca, is great and was definitely on point with service. Made us feel very special.. Food was awesome as well. Looking forward to our next meal and having Rebecca as our server.
Quality of food was okay, staff were friendly, but honestly the service was too slow. We went in for lunch and were some of the first people there, everyone at the table got a salad— and we got our dessert to go (this location does free pie wednesday) we were there for 1hour45 minutes— too long!
Have ordered delivery from this location multiple times and have never had an issue. The food has always arrived hot and tasty. Love the rolls and they are very cheap to add an extra order. Although I haven't tried a lot of the menu the chicken tenders have always been excellent and the Mac and cheese is always creamy and cheesy as it should be.
The food was good. The server was great. They are understaffed, so it took a little longer than expected, but that's not their fault. Hopefully, they can find additional workers.
I ordered a grub hub order delivered to my home, which, I thought was never going to have grub hub delivery haha. The food arrived on time and on point! The cat fish was hot and delicious and the loaded smashed potatoes were a hit! Would give 10 stars but they only give the option of 5.
The food was delicious and while admittedly short-staffed, the manager and staff members working the dinner shift were friendly, attentive and fast-paced without seeming rushed, frazzled or flustered. We enjoyed our meal and service so much, we went back for lunch with additional family 2 days later. Special shout out to our server, Regan!!
I had the salmon…very good. My husband had the seafood platter that was very good also. Our waiter Chase is a good guy. Would definitely go back again when in the area.
