First time coming here. Capital One Cafe is also a bank. Took a chance to see if we could get a medallion stamp to certify the document. Unfortunately, the cafe bank can’t do it, we have to go to the actual bank to get it done. The ambassador at the cafe was so nice and helpful. He made several phone calls for us to confirm that Capital One offers this service at the Woodbridge branch. Best customer service ever experienced!! He even paid for our drink! Highly recommended! Next time when I come by Short Pump, I will stop by for a coffee, 50% off for Capital One customers.
Love the environment. If I need a pick me up, I just go in there and I am greeted with smiles, such a friendly l, warm, welcoming place.
What an awesome concept! I have the Venture Card and savings account but never did stop by one. Finally went in while trying to set my wife up for a new 360 checking account. Very warm and friendly welcome where we also got free coffee for coming in for the first time. Such a stress free and convenient visit with Amanda as she walked us through everything.
