They just reopened on 09-18 and it's lovely to have them back open. The sandwiches are delicious and always competitive priced. The highlight is still the lee's coffee. Let the crushed ice melt with the iced coffee before you really start to drink it. The coffee is made to be drank as the ice melts with it.
I had the #6 [BBQ pork sandwich/sub on a warm crispy 10in. Baguette] It had peppers, cilantro, mayo and shredded pieces of pork. It tasted delicious but I remember years ago it would come with more/bigger pieces of meat. Although I enjoyed it I think more meat would make the sandwich even better! The Thai tea was amazing, personally it's now my favorite. I can see why Vietnamese tea and coffee is hyped, it's so good. I ordered two #6's, thai tea and a strawberry smoothie (which was also super tasty) and it came out to about $23. It's totally worth the price because the size of the meal was filling. Definitely recommend giving it a try. I've tried other foods in previous years and never really had anything I didn't like. A good variety of options, even breakfast options and my favorite, fresh bread! The service is always nice and the place always looks clean so it's enjoyable eating there as well.
I love this place!!! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to try something new/different. They have Asian sandwiches that come on fresh baguettes and the price is really good for the size of the sandwich. I recommend the bbq pork with a Lee's coffee.
