Even though they put cheese on my roast beef and I said 2 times not to. The food was great for only 1person working the whole restaurant. Call another Arby's when this happens and there's no one to schedule there's always someone else at another store willing to come and make extra money. No one should ever have to work the whole store by yourself. It makes for terrible turnover in employees and bad on customer service wait time. Even if is owned by another person's the employee coming to work has knowledge of the Arby's business.
We went through the drive thru, and the employee that took our order was SO GRUMPY, it was actually funny. When I asked questions, she barked out responses. We pulled around to get our food and we saw her texting on her phone. She got mixed up when handing out our soft drinks, which actually got a glimmer of a smile from her. The saving grace was that all 4 of our orders were correct!
This was my very 1st chicken sandwich from Arby's. I ordered crispy chicken without mayo. The lettuce and tomato was very fresh.
