Best dish ever 🔥🔥🔥 I have many memories of this restaurant back at home. Visiting MN for some time so I had to come visit this place after not dining at this restaurant for over 15 years and relive some old memories. The chips and salsa are great. If you're looking for more heat, they also offer their Atomic salsa as well. Great to mix into their normal salsa or add to dishes if you want some extra heat. The menu has changed over the years but things taste very similar to what I had many years ago. I order the Cadillac Chimichunga which was pretty good. My wife ordered some burritos and those were great as well! We both ordered the cilantro lime rice on the side which was a new addition to the last time I went. We both concluded we'd have chosen the traditional rice instead. Unfortunately there wasn't much lime or cilantro flavor in the rice. Overall it was great to come back and relive some memories. I'm super happy they didn't change up the chips and salsa. The food in general was good and the waitress and staff were super friendly. If you're looking for a place to grab some TexMex, Carlos O'Kelly's is a solid place to go to.
