The food is excellent, and you get to see it made right in front of you. The ingredients are fresh - they were grilling steak while they made my burrito. The Freebirds website has excellent calorie information, so you can tailor your meal to be healthy while still tasting great. The atmosphere is excellent, too. It's family friendly, though a large group might have trouble sitting together at this location. There is indoor and outdoor seating and Coke products are available from the soda fountain, including Diet Coke and Coke Zero for low-calorie options.

Very impressed with the food. I love that I can have my nacho toppings separate from my chips. The customer service needs some work though. The female cashier was very pleasant and friendly but the guys preparing the food seemed miserable.

Loved Ofelia and Brandon. Their service was great and definitely made me feel like they cared and liked their jobs. Jessica didnt seem too happy. She didn't say a word the whole time and she kept staring and seemed to be "mean-mugging" my cousin. Overall the experience was pleasant and I'd definitely be coming back
