Proprietors are helpful, kind, and fast - great service. And you can't beat 99¢ a pound for the (fantastic, toothsome) soup noodles! One note: the website says boil for 5 minutes, but 3-4 for these is better or they get kind of soft. I buy 5 pounds every few months - they keep perfectly in the freezer. Wonderful with braised beef ribs and bok choi.

This noodle factory has been around a very long time. They make noodles for customers that buy a large amount. I'm guessing restaurants and stores. But they also sell to walk in customers. The noodles are so fresh and tasty. Sometimes you get lucky and they have won ton wrappers. They have different size noodles and even have different flavor noodles on certain days. It cost a little over a dollar a pound for the noodles.
