Every time I order curbside here on my lunch, the employee greets me with the biggest smile and makes me feel like a number 1 customer. I’ve never experienced a Chick-fil-A type of service from any establishment before, except for this McDonald’s location. They haven’t ever gotten my order wrong either! I order different things because I get lunch for others, too so that’s amazing!
I love me some hot french fries and chicken nuggets from McDonald's just as much as the next person, so I head down to my neighborhood McDonald's on Del Paso. Special shout out to Marlene, who was my absolute hero! Bringing me my hot fresh chicken nuggies to my table for me. After a long hard exhausting day she was a savior. She was so kind and so sweet. Almost immediately after serving me she returned to the counter and then had to deal with the RUDEST customer I have ever seen. This guy was irrate, condescending, and just plain argumentative. I felt so bad for her. I watched this woman put up with possibly the worst customer that you have ever met, and she did it with grace, class, and integrity. Employee of The YEAR!!!
Laura The manager was outrageous. She came straight to me very nice and helped me order from the kiosk .She was so patient I give her and her crew an A+ that's for sure h..... thank you very much !!!! McDonald's staff
