The food is always wonderful, and the service is usually prompt. My husband and I had ordered from there a week or so ago and it took an hour and a half from the time of ordering to it being delivered. It was late on a Tuesday night, dark and rainy, so we didn't really mind too much. We just received a postcard in the mail from Papa John's apologizing for taking so long and awarding a free medium pizza. It was completely unexpected as we never complained about the slow delivery. Papa John's knows how to treat their customers and keep them coming back.
This evening I ordered Papa Johns on our way home. Leave it to my toddler to fall asleep minutes before we pull in to pick up dinner. I parked close to the front door because I knew carrying a 40lb child and 2 pizzas would be a job. I get my sleeping little one out of the car, go in to pay and pick up and as soon as the man sat the pizza on the counter, a young man came from behind the counter and grabbed our order and said "l'll carry it out for you." He wasn't asked by me, or the cashier taking my payment. He saw a mom with her hands full, and did the best thing to help out. Thank you so much young man, you're one of reasons we'll be back. �
I’m a vegan, so, I appreciate the guy that clean cut my pizza for me and delivered to us. My mom and her bf got the NY Style Pepperoni Pizza and loved it!! I recommend this Papa John’s (specifically in this area). This is the best one we’ve ordered from in a long time!! Hot and fresh. Thank you all so much!! ☺️❤️
