If you're looking for a place to be open minded and try new things, this is the place. Each dish, cocktail, and dessert is curated with levels of flavors from the very first bite or sip to the explosion in your mouth and after you swallow. Talk about layers of different flavors from sweet, to tangy, to succulent. Indo is such a great restaurant and deserves to be listed as one of the top restaurants not in St. Louis but all of the Midwest. I've never had a restaurant that literally made me savor every single bite with every single dish. It's a unique experience. It is definitely by far one of the best restaurants I've been to in awhile. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Everyone worked together as a team to bring out dishes as as they were prepared. Each server took the time to explain what we ordered prior to us indulging. Our main server, Sarah, recommended some amazing selections. 👏 👌 The atmosphere was trendy, the decor was modern chic. Everything about this place was just on point. The food was great! Portion sizes are quite small but the quality was there. Service was excellent and the presentation was lovely. We were sad to miss the seasonal items from last month, though.
There is not one single negitive thing I could possibly say about this place. We stopped through St.Louis on a trip west and this is the only place we ate. And honestly it’s been one of the better places I’ve ever been. Make sure you ask about the off menu items. They were the best part of the entire meal. Also - the lamb tartare was out of this world.
