I like Jack in the Box but usually it is the slapped together fare i expect. Today was a pleasant surprise! I made a quick run through the drive thru right at noon. Checked my food before leaving( of course) and everything was correct. Napkins, etc were in the bag. But best of all...the food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I ordered. Actually looked like the commercials. Very happy

This Jack in the Box is hands down the best in south St. Louis. A little under 2 years ago Jack in the Box's all across St. Louis were being renovated and remodeled as part of what I can only guess is a company wide overhaul. Well, it's worked quite well at this location. Staff is always polite and courteous, 7-9 times out of 10 my experience is great. My order is correct, never have to repeat myself, I can UNDERSTAND the employee working the drive thru, always asked if I'd like any ketchup or sauces. Never given any disgusted looks or sarcasm. Many people don't expect the greatest experience when it comes to fast food, but the quality of service provided here has definitely kept me coming back time and again. Keep it Up!

I frequent this location since it is in a convenient spot. The staff can be hit or miss, but they've been good as of recent. The food has never been a problem for me. It's what you should expect from a JBox
