First time we visited this establishment. We will be back! Ramen was plentiful and delicious, and the atmosphere in the the place was great! Having visited Japan five times now, I will say the tonkatsu Niku Soba I ate was outstanding. A bit sweeter tonkatsu broth than I am used to, but very flavorful! Ramen soba was perfectly cooked. It went so well with the Sapporo biru, LOL. Prices were good. Service was outstanding.
The ramen is soooooo delicious here and the prices are very reasonable! I always order char siu pork and chicken buns for appetizers along with crab jalapeño. The buns are very fluffy but when you eat it, it tends to stick to your teeth or the inside of your mouth. The char siu is sweet and charcoaled to the taste and the chicken is fried and crispy. It’s filled with lettuce and rich mayonnaise. Buns so deliciously good! The crab jalapeño was not overfilled with cream cheese, just the way I liked it to be. The batter on the outside was not too thick. It was thin and crispy. I enjoyed it with the sauce they drizzled along with cabbage on the side. I ordered kimchi ramen and the broth was so delicious and not spicy. The kimchi was still crunchy and the ramen was chewy. I’ve had other ramen before but the broth isn’t as good as this one. The bowl was filled with meat and veggies and of course, their runny marinated half eggs. The chicken was similar except the both wasn’t spicy.
EDIT: I wanted to give this place a second chance and thank goodness I did. We decided to try the beef ramen and shredded char siu ramen. It was so good. I definitely recommend these dishes!
We got take out.
I did not like it. The soup was bland and so was the pork. For a $13 per bowl, I expected more flavor.
It could be different for you so I suggest you out and try it for yourself.
