I want to first say I am a quality assurance analyst for a call center, and after my stop here I had to leave a review. The lady who was taking orders for drive thru Wednesday morning, 2/23, deserves praise. She was on point with soft skills and I was amazed to hear all the positive and engaging phrases she used such as, "Absolutely. Great choice" after I ordered a breakfast sandwich, and then was also asked if I wanted to add an extra shot of espresso in my drink. Service was super quick and everything tasted excellent. Thank you to everyone working that morning!! It's really hard to find service like this nowadays, or polite workers in general. This exceeded my expectations, so kudos to you all.
I had just stopped at this caribou after taking my sick ferret to the vet next door. The gentleman (I wish I had gotten his name) that helped me at the window was extremely friendly and super funny. He doesn’t realize that at the vet appointment I was told it might be time to put my fur baby to sleep (she’s been very sick and not getting better with treatment). I hope he sees this and realizes that he truly left a positive impact on my very bad morning. And it’s interactions like that , that will not be forgotten.
The baristas were running a little behind and assured me my pick up was on its way. I told the manager I understood. It gets busy and for good reason.
