The cashier who helped me (shorter woman with fair complexion) on the afternoon of 4/21/22 was really attentive to small details that i appreciated. She automatically gave me a cup carrying tray, and bagged all of my orders in a large to-go bag. Since the pandemic, Customer Service in the service industry has really declined(most likely due to customer entitlement mentality and a worker shortage in the service industry). Simple but thoughtful steps like i saw today are very appreciated in this day and age, and i hope to run into this cashier the next time i visit.

Absolutely delicious, staff are nice. I ordered a $5 biggie bag with the Crispy Chicken BLT and I was impressed with all fresh food, because usually I get all cold food from other fast food joints. The second time I went there I was greeted with a smile by an employee who seemed to be having a wonderful day, they gave me a size up my drink and with a big smile told me to have a great night.

This is a good location and I have never had a problem with the service or waiting. It is always fresh and hot. The communication from the drive through is perfect and orderly. I am happy they started offering breakfast. I gave it a whirl this morning and was pleased. I had the honey butter chicken and biscuit sandwich with their seasoned fries. Those were amazing! I am not joking. I would actually drive to Wendy’s only for those.
