"You can't judge a book by its cover" certainly applies here. With the overgrown landscaping, rotting exterior wood and peeling paint, I wasn't sure if the business wasn't closed permanently. If it wasn't for the 2 cars in the lot, I'd have driven on.
Service was speedy. Food came right out. Plate looked plain. No garnish. Tasted delicious. Meat was tender, moist and very flavorful. Beans had that delicious creaminess I love. I drive past here all the time going to Lake Geneva. I'll definitely stop in again. Don't be put of by the exterior, the food is delicious.
New management and people here are awesome! Very nice and friendly! Their food are fantastic! Steak tacos are so tasty and cooked perfectly. Shrimp fajitas were mouth-watering and so delicious. The dessert, OH THE DESSERT! The first time we tried them, we fell in love. So we had Sopaipillas again. It's fried tortillas with cinnamon sugar, icecream and whipped cream. This dessert is to die for. This place is our new favorite spot now. Good job to everyone here!
If you on your way going west to Lake Geneva or going east to Kenosha on the route 50 don't miss stop by this GoOoOD mexican restaurant. Great menu, delicious food, good beer selection and the best part: attended by happy & attentive personal under new management. Viva Mexico!!!
