I just came by for the first time today I've been meaning to stop by. I got a cortado! It ruled my face off. You guys will be seeing me on a very regular basis. I love you.
Awesome, Cheap, Happy Experience!. It's hard for myself these days to be really impressed by practically anything. But, to be impressed and happy it's like a lunar eclipse occurred unexpectedly. Anybody who knows coffee knows that to get the most pleasurable experience out of coffee, comes from grinding fresh coffee beans and slow pouring your delectable treat. I decided to go with the Ethiopian blend after watching a special on African coffee and the struggle coffee producers in Africa go through to merely get their coffee bought off of American shelves. IT WAS THE BEST COFFEE I HAVE TASTED IN MY LIFE! The aroma- light; color- rich mahogany/ pecan, and taste- sweet, very deep, body, light fruity, wood greatness. I can honestly say this brew of coffee brought an absolute smile to my face.
I also went with the almond croissant which was absolute greatness too. Flaky, sweet, buttery, crunchy and got better with every bite. This was my first experience here, and I WILL BE BACK (no pun intended). I got the 16 oz which pours out to three cups, and I drank it to the last drop! For 16 oz of goodness plus and an awesome bread came out to $8.41.
Support your local businesses, be involved with the San Antonio scene, and try Local Coffee. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
Crowded but for good Reason. Always a crowd here. Very cute coffee place reminds me of what I image coffee shops in Seattle would be like. Very young crowd I think most are from UIW.
