The customer service here is awesome and fast. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a pineapple pizza online. I like how you can track the pizza status. I got there a bit early and my food was out and ready!
The only reason why I give this place a 4 star is simply that they did not cut one whole pizza! For that I took off a star. Even though the pizza was not cut, I used a pizza cutter from home and the quality of THAT pizza was great along with the rest of the order. I will have to say, my whole experience, shy of that one incident, was great. I placed my order online, drove and picked up my order. It was quick and easy. The gentleman helping me was nice and did not make me feel rushed(which I loved!). This location seemed to follow Covid protocols from what I have seen with the customers ahead of me.
We always order from this location, we never have issues!! We use both, in store pick up, as well as delivery and we make sure we tip well. Today one of our pizzas was missing one topping, sausage. This order was for MyHusband who has been on call for past 7 days, I had to say something. I called the store and spoke with "Carolina" I believe was her name,I reported this was the first time our order was messed up, she said I had to bring my pizza and they'd make a new one with correct toppings. My husband and I opted for just staying home and ate what we had, WELL, not even 10min after my call, a deliver was made!! Carolina made sure our order was fixed and delivered at no extra charge!! Thank you for your awesome customer service!! 🥳
