This food was amazing! I never have had such a great jack experience
This Jack in the Box has really gotten better over the years. It looks like they fired the old crew and hired all new employees with new managers. So, the service and the food is really good now. They seem to really care about there customers. And the food is cooked and prepared better than ever before. It's improved 110% then how it use to be years ago or even a year ago.
There were times they would run out food, but that's no longer an issue. Even the nuggets taste good now and not like dirty cooking oil that hasn't been changed out in weeks. So, this Jack in the Box has become my favorite Jack in the Box in San Antonio. It's a really good place to eat now and it's also a safe place.
Last two times this year, I have been extremely happy with their carryout food, special offers & service at Jack in the Box on Nacogodoches Rd. In the past, sometimes their service was on the slow side probably because of understaffing. This Jack's location had brought in a vending machine for customers to place their orders with intent to replace workers. It didn't work out since this machine was removed from premises. Each visit we've taken advantage of their two for one offers of Classic Buttery Jack, Sourdough Jack, or Jumbo Jack. Depending on what you want on your burger, any of these burgers would fit your tastes. They were juicy, delicious, and satisfying. On my trips to Jack's between 1100-1200, customer traffic has never been heavy. Never a long line. No changes since last visits. Less coupon offers. Staffing better.
