Amazing story on how this business came about. Owner is always polite and respectful and serves some of the best deserts in town. Some deserts arent even heard of & yet make my taste buds burst. From fresca con creama to funnel cakes, burgers or my traditional favorite.... SHAVED ICE, taste just like the raspas from off a ice cream truck on the Southside of SA. So if your looking for lunch dinner or jus tryna do desert right for an affordable price, come by Andrew's.
